Thief II: The Metal Age

Halo: Combat Evolved

Halo: Combat Evolved is a first person shooter developed by Bungie Studios and published by Microsoft Games. Released on November 15, 2001, it was a launch title for the Xbox and helped push the console ahead in the console war. It was ported to the PC and Mac in 2003 and has spawned several sequels. The player assumes the role of Master Chief, the rank of a cybernetically enhanced warrior who is fighting to save Earth from an alien race called "The Covenant." Deserted on a mysterious "Halo" ring world, he is left to discover its deadly secrets.

Tribes 2 is the sequel to the original Starsiege: Tribes by developer Dynamix. It is a first-person shooter based in the Earthsiege universe, and features team-based gameplay with vehicles and jetpacks on large maps.

Boiling Point: Road to Hell

In Boiling Point: Road to Hell, gamers will travel to the present day jungles of South America and battle competing factions in a brutal guerrilla war. Developer Deep Shadows' innovative game engine streams the beautifully rendered environment, creating a non-linear gameplay experience, with no loading times or separate levels, creating a continuous world spanning hundreds of miles. To make the most of the environment, a massive range of vehicles will be at the disposal of the player, as well as a vast array of weapons.

America's Army

America's Army is a tactical multiplayer first-person shooter owned by the United States Government and released as a global public relations initiative to help with U.S. Army recruitment. America's Army is relatively authentic in terms of visual and acoustic representation of combat, especially pertaining to its depictions of firearm usage and mechanics, but its critics have alleged that it fails to convey wartime conditions as accurately as it claims. The game is a medium-paced tactical shooter, similar to the Tom Clancy series of shooters.

SWAT 4

SWAT 4 and its expansion, The Stetchkov Syndicate, are tactical FPSes in the Rainbow Six-inspired CQB area. It features a campaign mode, quick mission maker, randomly placed enemies/friendlies, and an Internet or LAN online mode.
