Hatred

This isometric-like 3D shooter answers the question nobody asked: what if the original Postal had been an entirely humorless, grimdark affair ? Powered by Unreal Engine 4, Hatred features seven open maps littered with destructible objects and mass murdery objectives. A 'drunk player' toggle and the so-called Antagonist's wobbly hair movement hint at the game not taking itself so seriously after all.

Life Is Strange

Maxine may not be the most popular girl on the campus, but she's got a gift: rewinding time to rethink choices, undo mistakes, avert bad consequences. Suddenly caught in Arcadia Bay's tangle of secrets, only she can see that the whole city is on the brink of disaster... Life Is Strange is an episodic third-person adventure with an emphasis on atmosphere and the long-term effects of Max's actions. The story should be complete by July, 2015 although no official release date was announced for any of the remaining episodes.

Motorcycle Club

Pure arcade racing on officially licensed motorcycles. Tame every stretch of the road by switching instantly between 3 bike classes - a fast Superbike, a nimble Roadster and a steadfast Custom - each with their own special way to fill the turbo bar. Perform stunts (basically: don't hit things) to earn more Kudos and access single-bike time trials to unlock new models. Motorcycle Club features 22 bikes and 10 tracks (each with a reverse version). A demo was released three months after the full game, because bikers are rebellious like that.

Daylight

Warning: this game is cursed. Developed by now-defunct Zombie Studios, the technically clunky first-person adventure struggles to turn its repetitiveness and randomly-assembled corridors into an engrossing experience. The first title built with Unreal Engine 4 to be released, Daylight is also the ominous sign that a new era of UE-powered Tunnel Vision might be upon us...

Goat Simulator

W(h)ether you call it GOATY or just another sheepish hype train, here's as a rare example of an indie project going viral and hitting its release window without turning to crowdfunding.

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris

A sequel of sorts to 2010's Guardian Of Light, Temple Of Osiris is an action-platformer combining lush 3D graphics and an old-school isometric view. Lara must reclaim the pieces of the shattered statue of Osiris to restore the betrayed god's power and prevent Set to accomplish his evil plans. Up to four players can join forces to fight Set's minions, operate gigantic contraptions - and "accidentally" kill each other whenever the loot is too good to share.

Lichdom: Battlemage

Lichdom puts the crafter back in spellcrafter. Through a spell-centric loot system and extensive crafting and casting mechanisms, wielding magic has never felt so remote from the usual shooting frenzy with mana for ammo.

Styx: Master of Shadows

"Styx: Master of Shadows" is an infiltration game with RPG elements taking place in a dark fantasy universe, where you sneak, steal and assassinate your way through as Styx, a Goblin two-centuries of age. It features "Styx", one of the protagonists from "Of Orcs and Men" (also by Cyanide).

The Elder Scrolls Online

The Elder Scrolls Online is a massively multiplayer online role-playing video game developed by ZeniMax Online Studios and released in 2014. It is a part of The Elder Scrolls video game franchise, of which it is the first open-ended multiplayer installment.
After March 16, 2015, the game has no more monthly subscription fee and is called by the sub title "Tamriel Unlimited".

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons

Twin-stick singleplayer co-op: it's a thing. Join the unnamed brothers on their quest for a legendary cure to save their dying father.
