Besides, I am definitely not keen on getting 200+FPS for 1024x768 with two 5970s, but would prefer a free of lag 5760x1200 ...

1. One of the links you posted (hexus.net) states that 5970 has 512bit ram bus. Others say its only 256. The truth is...?

2. Couldn't find any tests for resolutions larger than 2560. I do think Eyefinity should take a piece of "performance" and ...

Yes, there are some missing parts, bezel border setting is set to 150 in SoftTH. Would be grateful if you posted some instructions on how to find the camera distance setting.

Is this archer's view normal? my knight seems to be too close too. at the screenshot of the knight posted previously it seems to be zoomed out a lot to get the knight almost in the center of the screen. How did he do that?
