The game is expanded on its predecessor by many ways; however, while being converted from the original N64 version for the PC, it loses some of its features like the multiplayer support.

The Devil Inside is a third-person action horror game in which Dave, a hero with a dark secret, is compelled to participate in a cruel television reality show in which he has to please the audience by killing monsters. Dave has a female demonic alter ego called Deva. The player can transform between Dave and Deva at certain places in the stages. Dave mostly uses guns equipped with laser sights.

Ōkami tells the tale of a wolf-goddess named Amaterasu who must prevent an evil being known as Orochi from taking over the beautiful world of feudal Japan. Ōkami takes the already well established cell shading technique and turns it into a traditional Hokusai-style Japanese woodblock print visual.
