But there are domestic and international terrorists who would try to disrupt this event. Your job is to respond to incidents as they pop up for seven days, and hopefully ensure that the treaty signing goes smoothly. Police rules emphasize disarming and restraining suspects whenever possible, as opposed to shooting everything that looks like a bad guy.
