Despite the fact that Blizzard confirmed no Eyefinity/Surround for Diablo III sometime ago, new forum user LiquidBlue found out that the game's beta can run at multi-monitor resolutions, in full screen windowed mode.
Please help lobby Blizzard to not only keep this, but also enable multi-monitor support in real full screen, by posting and joining the discussion in this thread at battle.net forums.
