Banished is a one man project city simulation.
In this city-building strategy game, you control a group of exiled travelers who decide to restart their lives in a new land. They have only the clothes on their backs and a cart filled with supplies from their homeland.

The objective of the game is to keep the population alive and grow it into a successful culture. Options for feeding the people include hunting and gathering, agriculture, trade, and fishing. However, sustainable practices must be considered to survive in the long term.

The Crew is an open-world racing game set across a simplified-yet-extensive map of the United States. Players can drive freely or teleport to discovered areas, and pick any activity between story missions, exploration, faction races and the many on- and offroad challenges scattered around the land. The always-online game blends solo and multiplayer seamlessly and borrows some of its progression mechanics to MMOs. Victory means money but more importantly access to better car parts, while XP and Crew Credits award perk points to improve various cars and driver stats.

Grim Fandango is a dark comedy neo-noir adventure game released by LucasArts in 1998 for Windows, with Tim Schafer as the game's project leader. Fez is a semi-open two-dimensional puzzle-platformer. In a peaceful world of pixelated shapes and bright colors, Gomez' only foes are dead ends, hidden doors and impassable gaps. His schtick : rotating the view by quadrants, thus re-aligning objects in the 3D world to use in his 2D endeavors. Sounds simple enough - but at the heart of the game lies a cubic ton of areas, collectibles, code-cracking challenges and obscure references that will wake you up at night like a kawaii dream of cerebral torture. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is an open world Action RPG, where the player controls a Ranger by the name of Talion who has wraith-like abilities. Besides the main quest, the player also has the freedom to pursue side quests and roam around Mordor. Players fight through Mordor and uncover the truth of the spirit that compels you, discover the origins of the Rings of Power, build your legend and ultimately confront the evil of Sauron in this new chronicle of Middle-earth.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! is a first-person shooter, and is the third FPS entry into the Borderlands series. The storyline of The Pre-Sequel focuses on Jack (who would be the antagonist in Borderlands 2), an employee of the Hyperion corporation; after the company's Helios space station is captured by a military operation known as the Lost Legion, he leads a group of four playable characters—all of whom were NPCs and bosses in previous Borderlands games—on an expedition to re-gain control of Helios and defeat the Lost Legion.
