Epic Space Battles

No Man's Sky

No Man's Sky's gameplay is built on four pillars — exploration, survival, combat, and trading. Players are free to perform within the entirety of a procedurally generated deterministic open universe, which includes over 18 quintillion planets, many with their own sets of flora and fauna. By exploring, players gain information about the planets that they can submit to the Atlas, a universal database that can be shared with other players of the game. Players get compensated in in-game currency every time new information is uploaded to The Atlas.

America's Army: Proving Grounds

Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition

A remastered version of the game was released in June 2015 as Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition, which adds both English and Japanese voice tracks, improved visual effects and textures, in-game re-balancing, additional costumes, and 3 bonus playable characters: Vergil, returning from Devil May Cry 3, Trish, playable for the first time since Devil May Cry 2, and Lady, who makes her playable debut.

The Last Remnant

Square Enix and their JRPG stable are wading back into the PC pond and this is the first dipped toe. Thank your friends at omnipresent Microsoft.

Underrail

No map or fast travel in this isometric RPG with turned-based combat. Underrail values exploration so much that the default progression system relies solely on finding special items (called oddities) instead of piling up experience points for every critter killed or quest completed. The game is not shy on dialog and characterization, but its heart beats for combat, crafting and the endless possibilities of stealth, brute force, traps or psychic warfare in a subterranean wasteland rife with loot and danger.

The Tomorrow War

Space sim featuring a story written by popular Russian author Alexander Zorich.
