Assetto Corsa is a racing game/simulation with a strong focus on realism.
It is developed by Kunos Simulazioni, a small indie developer based in Italy best known from two other racing sims: Ferrari Virtual Academy and NetKar Pro.
While the game is still in developement, a Technology Preview (v0.9.9) is available to all owners of NetKar Pro, containing one car - the Lotus Elise SC and one track - Autodromo dell'Umbria aka Magione. The full game will contain a large number of licensed cars and tracks, but a full content list has not yet been disclosed.
Prison Architect is an upcoming construction and management simulation game by the British game developer Introversion Software. It was made available as a crowdfunded paid Alpha pre-order on September 25, 2012 with updates scheduled every three to four weeks.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn takes place in the fictional land of Eorzea, five years after the events of the original release. At the conclusion of Final Fantasy XIV, the primal dragon Bahamut escapes from its prison inside an artificial moon to initiate the Seventh Umbral Era, an apocalyptic event which destroys much of Eorzea. Through the gods' blessing, the player character escapes the devastation by time traveling five years into the future. As Eorzea recovers and rebuilds, the player must deal with the impending threat of invasion by the Garlean Empire from the north.
ShootMania Storm is a first-person shooter video game by Ubisoft and Nadeo. It is based on the TrackMania games by Nadeo.
Just like its sister games TrackMania 2 and the yet-unreleased QuestMania, it will feature 3 different environments, of which two have so far been revealed; a snow-based environment called Cryo, and another called Storm. Hawken is a multiplayer mech combat video game developed by Adhesive Games. The game focuses on creating an intense battle experience that captures the feel of piloting a mech while keeping the action fast-paced and strategic. It has been confirmed that the game will feature two unique game modes, as well as conventional team deathmatch and free-for-all modes.
Torchlight II is the sequel to the wildly popular (and successful) action-RPG, Torchlight. The sequel brings the often requested multi-player co-op feature, through peer-to-peer multiplayer support. Torchlight II will feature randomly-generated dungeons for the player to explore, and numerous types of monsters to fight for experience and loot.
