Sci-Fi

Sci-Fi themed games are games that are characteristic of science fiction literature; the narrative is dependent on the impact of scientific discoveries that do not yet exist in reality. Some games, such as those in the Half-Life series and Unreal series take place in a sci-fi universe that was created specifically for the purpose of the games. Others may take place in existing sci-fi universes, such as licensed Star Wars games. Common elements of sci-fi themed games include futuristic settings, high-tech items and weapons, and alien characters.

Magnetic: Cage Closed

Put the Magnetic Propulsion Device and your own resolve to the test in a series of life-threatening puzzle rooms. The gun can be used to push and pull metallic objects such as companion cu... uh, parallelepipedic pals. It also affects your own mass and can be used to eject from, levitate over or grab on to certain surfaces. An ongoing "psychological" evaluation will lead you to make choices that may open new paths and lead to any one of nine possible endings. Rooms cleared during the story may be replayed individually in time trial mode.

Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter Reborn

Big game hunting on a distant planet populated by dinosaurs - it's been a while ! Reborn is the belated PC port of Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter HD, a PS3 remake of an even older game developed for hanhelds... Due to a failed Kickstarter campaign the PC version doesn't differ dramatically from its console counterpart and looks unmistakably old-gen, although the combination of advanced grass and max LOD distance is sure to hurt your framerate like a sniper round does a gallimimus.

Evolve Stage 2

Evolve is an asymmetrical first-person shooter video game developed by Turtle Rock Studios, published by 2K Games and distributed by Take-Two Interactive. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on February 10, 2015.

In July 2016 Evolve got renamed to Evolve Stage 2 and became a Free 2 Play game because there were no more than 100 activ players a day.

Carmageddon: Reincarnation

Return of the murderous racing game where responsible driving involves making detours to ram anything that moves. Violence, driving skills and creative use of power-ups can be used indifferently to add time to the countdown and earn credits for on-the-fly repairs. True to its roots, Reincarnation leaves guns to lesser games and supports gender equality among protagonists, opponents and pedestrian victims alike.
