Solutions & Issues
Widescreen Solution & Issues:

Game-wide Field of View can be adjusted with values between 40° and 120°, the default being 60°. A separate FoV option for the cockpit view (in a tab named Seat Position) is available in the pause menu under the Cockpit Setup tab when loaded into a race; it can be adjusted with values between 25° and 100°, the default being 54°.

Ultra/Super-Wide Specific Solution & Issues:

The HUD is spanned by default, however, the game allows to drag and drop its HUD elements to any position via Cockpit Setup -> HUD Layout when paused in a race.

Intro videos and loading screens are pillarboxed to 16:9.
