Avoid switching to 16:9 and back, which may introduce windowboxing to the cutscenes.
An occasional scene may be pillarboxed, as documented under Additional Screenshots. Use Rose's patcher to remove the black bars.
Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues:
The FMVs are in ~21:9 and fit to height, which is likely to result in parts being on the side monitors of a 16:9x3 or similar setup.
As in ultra-wide, there may be rare rendered scenes which are pillarboxed. The same solution is applicable.
