No option for resolution from the game menu. The game support only 640x480. To get widescreen resolution you need to edit config.xml which is in the game folder. You can open this file with notepad ++ and changed resolution by changing these parameters for example to:

1080
To get Hor+ you have edit cwmd.exe in hex editor for example XVI32.
Open cwmd.exe in hex editor and search AB AA AA 3F and change it to CD CC CC 3F (16:10) or 39 8E E3 3F (16:9)
Shortcut edit the FOV -> Make a shortcut from cwmd.exe and add this Line -fov 80 or your des. FOV ("..\Weapons of mass destruction\cwmd.exe" -fov 80.
I recommend to set -fov 80 in 16:9.
