




Mirror of Fate, in its 3DS version, is the first title of the saga to benefit from the stereoscopic 3D. However, the movement is the classic 2D side-scrolling, as seen in the classic Castlevania games. The combat system is extensive, similar to its predecessor, with lots of combos, several secondary weapons and magic. Each encounter is important and has to be fought with care. In addition, the exploration side of the game is now more "metroidvania", where you have to revisit past maps with new powers to access blocked areas.

The Game only supports Aspect Ratio till 16:10 - you need to use Steamless Software and a HEX editor to get it HOR+
Go to --> ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Castlevania Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate HD\CMOF.exe and unpack CMOF.exe using - Steamless Software
Then Hex edit these Adresses:
Aspect Ratio: Go to Offset 3D4A70 look for 55 55 D5 3F and change it to 39 8E E3 3F
FOV: Go to Offset 3D4C70 look for 00 00 34 43 and change it to 00 00 3A 43
Same Solution as in Widescreen.

Then Hex edit these Adresses:
Aspect Ratio: Go to Offset 3D4A70 look for 55 55 D5 3F and change it to 60 E5 18 40
FOV: Go to Offset 3D4C70 look for 00 00 34 43 and change it to 00 00 7A 43
Same Solution as in Widescreen - but the high FOV affects all Cutscenes, its not really playable.
