The Game supports only Aspect Ratio till 16:9 - you need HEX edit the Aspect Ratio to get it 21:9 HOR+.
HEX edit Aspect Ratio: Go to --> ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Tidal Affair Before The Storm\TidalAffairBeforeTheStorm.exe
Look for 39 8E E3 3F and change it to 60 E5 18 40.
Now the 21:9 resolutions will be available in the Launcher.
Issues: The Fonts, Menus, HUD and FMV Cut-scenes become bigger but still playable.
Same Solution as in Ultra-Widescreen.
Look for 39 8E E3 3F and change it to AB AA AA 40 (3x16:9).
Issues: The Menus became way to big to play properly.
