Only 4:3 resolutions are listed in the launcher. Other resolutions can be set by editing GAME.INI:
- Go to the installation folder.
- Open GAME.INI.
- Change ModeWidth= and ModeHeight= to the desired resolution.
- If the resolution is greater than 2048x2048 pixels, download dgVoodoo 2 and copy the contents of the MS folder into the installation folder.
Menus are Vert- and only usable up to 16:10. 16:10 has menus partially cut off (but still usable by selecting the remaining portion) whereas 16:9 and wider have the single player and multiplayer menu options cut off, so it is impossible to start or load a game (these options can't be selected using the keyboard either).
Information shown on the gun is partly cropped when using widescreen resolutions due to the Vert- FOV. All HUD elements are displayed within the visible area (no cropping).
FMV cutscenes use a fixed resolution rather than the in-game resolution.
Resolutions can be set with the widescreen steps but gameplay is impossible due to the Vert- menus.
