The method can be changed to Hor+ by editing the .ini files.
Go to ...\SteamApps\common\Old City\Engine\Config and open "BaseEngine.ini"
Change the line "AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainXFOV" to "AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV"
To change the resolution to ultrawide or surround go to ...\SteamApps\common\Old City\UDKGame\Config and open "UDKSettings.ini". Change the value in the line "Resolution=" with your desired value, for example "Resolution=2560x1080".
To fix the field of view open the in-game console by pressing the tilde key (`), and write "fov" followed by space and the number of the desired fov, for example "fov 90" or "fov 70".
