Only 4:3 and 5:3 resolutions are listed. Download and copy to the game folder ThirteenAG fix (link is below), or from the attachment. The current desktop resolution will be used. Different resolution can be set in PsiOpsTheMindgateConspiracy.WidescreenFix.ini (the game's own resolution settings will still show 1024x768 or similar).
FMV cutscenes are broken. Everything else works correctly. The HUD is centred for 4:3. Letterboxing for real-time cutscenes ends at the original 4:3 limits. Fullscreen effects use the entire screen as intended (see additional screenshots).

FOV edit:
Download and copy to the game folder ThirteenAG widescreen fix. In the scripts folder open e.g. in notepad ++ PsiOpsTheMindgateConspiracy.WidescreenFix.ini and in line FOVFactor set up the appropriate FOV. For 16:9 resolutions I reccomend set FOVFactor = 1.5

Same as widescreen. HUD is centred for 4:3.
Same as widescreen. The HUD remains in a centred 4:3 position. Some text is positioned outside the 4:3 area (e.g. loading messages) while menus and tutorial prompts remain within this area.
To get 4K Ultra HD download and copy to the game folder ThirteenAG's hack and set this resolution in text file ThirteenAG widescreen fix.
