There are no resolution options at all (only fullscreen on/off). Seems to default to desktop resolution if it is 4:3 or 16:9.
Other resolutions can be set with launch parameters, e.g. -screen-width 2560 -screen-height 1080
Everything scales perfectly.
Ultra/Super-Wide Specific Solution & Issues:
Resolution must be set manually, e.g. -screen-width 2560 -screen-height 1080
