Dead Space 2 2011 Manual PLP Instructions

Fullscreen (best choice *): SoftTH (DX9 x86). In-game select massive resolution.
OR Borderless: In-game windowed, quit. Edit %LOCALAPPDATA%\EA Games\Dead Space 2\system.txt. Window.Height & Width = your PLP resolution (no border **). ShiftWindow (+ border = borderless).

NOTES:
1. * Game renders all well in fullscreen & FOV looks proper (actually looks very slightly higher FOV, which looks great).
2. Optional FOV: Widescreen Fixer (untested, may not work).
3. Occasionally, effect overlays do not span full PLP, cropped (floating around) somewhere on side monitors. But it's not striking while gaming (unnoticed in peripheral vision). DS3 2013 does not have the problem.
4. ** Deprecated: tester used "resolution+border" values in system.txt for borderless, which is not strictly proper.
