Solutions & Issues
Widescreen Solution & Issues:

Native support is Vert-; use Tomb Raider 2,3,4 Widescreen Patch to adjust FOV and camera distance (aspect ratio fix is not needed--native support works correctly).

All 3D elements scale correctly. Some 2D elements are stretched from 4:3. FMV cutscenes always run at 640x480.

Some higher resolutions (e.g. 2560x1440) will crash the game ("Tomb Raider: Failed To Setup DirectX"). Use dgVoodoo 2 to remove resolution limits.

Some resolutions may show vertical lines for the background of the in-game menu screen (this is not caused by the widescreen patch).

NOTE: using higher FOV settings with dgVoodoo 2 will cause visibility issues with 2D objects in levels.

Ultra/Super-Wide Specific Solution & Issues:

Widescreen steps work, but required FOV will cause visibility issues with 2D objects in levels.

Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues:

Widescreen fix works, but required FOV will cause visibility issues with 2D objects in levels.
