Hor+, or horizontal plus, refers to expanding the horizontal component of the FOV while keeping the vertical component roughly or exactly the same. This is often considered the ideal solution for widescreen games, as it grants widescreen users a wider picture compared to 4:3.

Clive Barker's Jericho

Clive Barker's Jericho is a supernatural horror-themed FPS computer game with horror author Clive Barker providing the premise for the game.

Game players assume the role of the leader of the Jericho Squad – a seven man Special Forces strike team that protects U.S. interests against paranormal threats. Each member of the squad is an expert in modern warfare as well as their own different para-psychological disciplines, including clairvoyance, alchemy, blood magic, exorcism, etc.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Morrowind is the third installment of the Elder Scrolls series by Bethesda. Players select a character from an array of races and seek their destiny on the harsh landscape of the island Morrowind. This is an expansive RPG with a large world for characters to explore at their whim. Character development is based on developing skills and their corresponding attributes. This is the first Elder Scrolls game to utilize the plugin system which allows community created content to be added to the game.

Gothic II

The second game of the Gothic series continues the third-person RPG goodness. Gothic II was developed by Piranha Bytes. The Night of the Raven expansion is integrated into the original Gothic II game. This expansion adds additional game content and features. Players choose different character specializations which will determine how their character develops. Training points are earned through gaining experience which can be spent to increase character stats or learn new abilities. This game is focused towards hardcore, experienced gamers.

Half-Life 2: Episode Two

Half-Life 2: Episode 2 is the latest continuation of the Half-Life story from your friends at Valve. Gameplay is essentially the same as the previous two games with the emphasis on action. There are some large maps which give a nonlinear tint to parts of the game. A new ammunition is available for the gravity gun which allows placement of Strider destroying "sticky bombs".

Portal

Portal is a Source-engine puzzle game. Players use a first-person perspective to explore a three-dimensional environment that is broken up into a series of levels. The only device available to the player is a portal-placement gun that is used to solve the puzzles. Players can place up to two portals that can then transport the player (or anything else) through them.Portal is a puzzle-lite game with an emphasis on faster replays and conditional achievements.

Shadow Ops: Red Mercury

Shadow Ops: Red Mercury is a 2004 FPS that is available on the Xbox and Microsoft Windows platforms. You play as Captain Frank Hayden, an elite Delta Force operative. The first mission opens with Frank and other Delta Force operatives attempting to secure a briefcase nuclear bomb code named "Red Mercury" now in the possession of a terrorist known as Vlady the Vicious who is using a coast Syrian town as a base of operations.

Upon arriving in the town, the mission goes down hill when the Sea Hawk that inserted the team is shot down moments after inserting Frank and his team.

The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth

Players control characters that appear throughout the books as hero units and enact many of the scenes from the movies. There are additional standard units that make up the traditional RTS ranks. A good and evil campaign are both available allowing players to control the "Free Peoples" or the "Forces of Darkness". Flow of events in the game can be altered from the movie scenes to add some twists to the gameplay. Characters gain special abilities as they grow in strength which allow them to perform deeds of heroism and summon powerful allies.

Sega Rally Revo

Sega Rally Revo (known in Europe as Sega Rally) is an offroad racing video game, the fourth installment of the Sega Rally series. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable on 28 September 2007 in Europe. The game's title is "Revo" as Sega intends it to be a revolution in rally racing games. The game was developed simultaneously with Sega Rally 3.
