New forum member Derrick has updated his TTG Custom Resolution Tool. It now supports 640x480 on the low end, and up to 4095x4095 on the high end. We've moved to a new host. Things seem to have gone fairly smoothly. If you notice anything that doesn't look right, please let us know.
I created a new area in the Surround Forums called Lobbying Central. Previously the WSGF has been successful in lobbying developers to add Surround support, both before and after a release. The purpose of this new forum is to collect all of these threads, so that we can coordinate our efforts and keep tabs on Surround support.
Over the past couple of weeks there have been some intense discussions going on within the Insider forum regarding Anamorphic widescreen implementation. There appears to be a growing discontent with anamorphic implementation, and the Insiders were attempting to address concern.
In the end we came to the decision that a purely Anamorphic game would not be Certified by the WSGF, and that proper TripleHead2Go support would now be a requirement. We will be revising our Certification pages in the Wiki, and are now going through to review existing Certifications.
