A "remote cousin" of the Heroes of Might & Magic series, King's Bounty : The Legend combines turn-based battles and real-time exploration in a lenghty singleplayer campaign.

Titan Quest is an action RPG by THQ, in the vein of Diablo II. The game is in the historical fantasy genre. Titan Quest is a 3D 'hack and slash' (acton RPG) featuring monsters inspired by ancient mythologies. It has gorgeous graphics, day/night cycle, ragdoll animations, WYSIWYG loot system - and of course, heaps of equipment to collect.
Immortal Throne adds in a whole new chapter (all-new places, quests, monsters and loot), a new mastery with its unique skills, and an array of other new gameplay elements.

WOW is the blockbuster MMO from from Blizzard, set in their Warcraft universe. I did this DR the same week Wrath of the Lich King came out, so this could be considered the WotLK client.

Left 4 Dead is a multiplayer first person shooter from Valve, inspired by recent "zombie apocalypse" movies such as 28 Days Later and I Am Legend. You and three other players must cooperate to progress through a series of environments while fending off an unending onslaught of virus-infected ghouls.

Aquadelic GT is a motorboat racing game with crazy weapons and power-ups. It features a mission-based campaign mode that lets players roam freely around various locations, enter races or complete taxi/delivery tasks to earn cash & reputation.

The third major installment in the Fallout series, it is the first game to be developed by Bethesda after acquiring the rights to the franchise from Interplay Entertainment. X3: Terran Conflict is the latest appearance in the X-series by Egosoft. This is supposedly the final chapter. It's a space simulator, offering many possibilities to it's players, like fighting, trading, building factories, fleets, etc.

Ship Simulator 2008 is a mission-based motorboat simulator which also features free roaming in various locations and weather conditions, multiplayer mode and a mission editor.
