Tomb Raider: Underworld
The third Tomb Raider game since Crystal Dynamics took over the series, Tomb Raider: Underword continues from the story line started in Tomb Raider: Legend where it was revealed that Lara's mother may not be dead, but rather trapped in the mythical realm of Avalon (from the King Arthur legend). For the uninitiated, the Tomb Raider series is about lady adventurer Lara Croft, who is intelligent, athletic, infatuated with ancient history, and distractingly busty!
Dead Space
Dead Space is a third-person survival horror-action video game, developed by EA Redwood Shores for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows. The player takes on the role of an engineer named Isaac Clarke, who battles a polymorphic, virus-like, alien infestation called the 'Corruption', which turns humans into grotesque alien monsters called 'Necromorphs',on board a stricken interstellar mining ship.
Lego Batman: The Videogame
The latest installment in the action/platform Lego series. "Play as Batman and his sidekick Robin as you build, drive, swing and fight your way through Gotham City. Then, jump into the story from the other side and play Batman's foes ! There is no rest for the good (or the evil) !"

FreeSpace 2 is a space shooter from Volition, the sequel to Descent: FreeSpace. FSO is an open-source port of the game that adds tons of new features to the engine like pixel shaders, and more importantly, widescreen support.
Thief: Deadly Shadows
Thief: Deadly Shadows sees Garrett return to his thieving ways, in this third installment of Thief the plot involves the mysterious Keeper order. Although the game wasn't developed by the makers of the original Thief, Ion Storm did an admirable job.
Devil May Cry 4
Devil May Cry 4 is the fourth installment of the Devil May Cry series. Chronologically, the game's events are third in the series, between Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 2. In the game, the player controls Nero, the game's protagonist, and Dante, the series' title character, and fights enemies in close combat using firearms, swords, and other weapons. The characters Lady and Trish from previous games in the series make appearances, along with new characters Kyrie, Credo, Gloria, and Agnus.
Race Driver: GRID
Sequel to the famous Race Driver series. Using a highly optimized version of the DiRT engine, GRID features stunning visuals, reallistic physics and destruction effects, and a gameplay that will please both arcade and simulation fans.
Mass Effect
This game is an action RPG set in space. Combat is real time with the ability to pause the action and strategize à la KOTOR.

Assassin's Creed
This is an adventure game in the spirt of the venerable Thief series without all the moral complications. Players combine stealth with exploration to maneuver their character into optimal assassinating position. Timing is the key to successful combat and survival. Cut-scenes have occasional "glitches" that open up special views and keep the player interacting with the game. The PC version has additional missions unseen in the console original.
