You play a female assassin/spy who performs stealth missions behind enemy lines during the war. The game is very much like Thief and Splinter Cell, with only a special "morphine mode" to distinguish it, allowing you special moves and limited invisibility. Despite not being a big budget game, Velvet Assassin offers rare hardcore stealth gameplay in a unique setting for the genre with nice graphics and good controls.
