Has the new doom patch broken the fix?

I take it that the refresh rate on desktop has not dropped to a lower value? not very likely, but?

Anyone know if it will work with the occulas rift? I'll probably get it anyway as i enjoy racing games in surround,

I tried it a week or two ago with cod 4 and it was ok. But i have gotten a few versions of the fixer which would just crash when starting the game and you wouldnt know until you exited the game and saw that fixer crashed.

Think i simply tried a different revision of fixer and it worked again, so ...

I dont think that will work too well. It's not really possible to use different size monitors to show additional space the way you are thinking. triple screen tends to treat all the monitors as the same size so your center screen would simply show a bigger image than the smaller ones and the scale ...

Use msi afterburner to check how much vram you are using. 1 gig on your video card will not be enough for most games in eyefinity. Drop settings till you are not hitting the limit and see if your framerate improves.

try running the screen in game mode with motion clarity disabled, Motion clarity creates fake frames (frame interpolation) which easily leads to motion sickness. ie the soap opera effect of things looking smooth but unnatural. Almost everyone would disable it and most hate it, especially for gaming ...

K, sorted it. My mobo like others has an additional molex connector to supply additional power to the mobo when using sli etc. I had it plugged in, but turns out there is a fault with my psu and wasn't getting 12v on that connector.

I know there is a topic or two about bf4 multi screen, but i am trying to get more specific feedback from those running bf4 triple screen and what frame rate, resolution and settings they are getting as I cant seem to run bf4 triple screen without low frame rates even though my last 2 rigs ...

did you make sure the bezels were set to linked so you are adjusting both by the same amount and not just one side only?

works fine for me too, but the framerate and framerate drops are too bad to enjoy playing it, so sticking to single screen for bf4.

i can run bf4 completly maxed out on a single screen locked at 60fps, but the performance is dreadful on triple screen even on the lowest settings.

I got around this issue as my computer desk is so big that i cant access the power points to turn on and off plugs. So i used the remote control power adapters that you can get on amazon or ebay cheaply and they come with 3 plug adapters.
One adapter for the pc aand center screen, one for the amp ...
