Nv Surround. Call of Duty 4. Problems

first of i wanna say hey everyone. It's the first time i'm texting here on "WSGF" been following the forum since 2010 - 2011.

So the problem i have is that i cant get "Widescreen Fixer" to work with Cod4.
I know its a old game. but "Widescreen Fixer" don't wanna start up at all. been trying it out on my second Rig and it have the same results
i'm using "WinRar" to unpack the files from "Widescreen Fixer" which never have been a issue tell now,

Also been using "Flawless Widscreen" for like 3 or 4 years. And sadly do not have a fix for Cod4.
I hope some of you huys can help me out. And i appreciate all the help i can get

Mobo: Asus Rampage IV Extreme X79
CPU: i7 4930K 4.6Ghz
GPU: EVGA GTX 780 Ti 3GB SuperClocked in SLI
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 4 x 4GB DDR3 1866Mhz Quad Channel
SSD 1: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB for OS and stuff
SSD 2: Samsung 840 EVO 1TB for Games
HDD: WD RED 2TB (Storage Drive)

SoundCard: Creative SB Titanium Fatal1ty Pro PCI-e
Monitor: 3x Acer GD245HQ 120Hz 3D Ready

I tried it a week or two ago with cod 4 and it was ok. But i have gotten a few versions of the fixer which would just crash when starting the game and you wouldnt know until you exited the game and saw that fixer crashed.

Think i simply tried a different revision of fixer and it worked again, so try downloading an older copy to see
