TechPowerUp has news of a leaked 21:9 panel from Dell. The post includes two pics (included here) of the monitor. The model is U2913WM. Breaking this model down we can deduce:
- U - Ultra Sharp line (so IPS panel)
- 29 - 29"
- 13 - 13th series (same series as the 27" U2713HM)
- W - Ultra WIDE (???)
- H - LED backlight
This is the second 21:9 panel announced from a mainstream manufacturer, with LG recently announcing their 29" EA93. With these announcements, we can hopefully see 21:9 hit mainstream availability and acceptance.
