Ultra/Super-Wide Specific Solution & Issues:
Screencheat only lets you go to 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 as the highest resolution. Go into the registry location `HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Samurai Punk\SCREENCHEAT\` and modify the width and height to get it working:

Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues:
Difficult to select options at this very wide aspect to play the game.
