Optional FOV Fix:
Open the Attachment files available from the PC Gaming Wiki Community Files (search there). FOV - D3DX9_43.7z and extract the File D3DX9_43.dll into the Game root Folder - see Additional Screenshots.
The Game is streched for 21:9 out of the BOX - you need to HEX edit to get it HOR+.
Hex edit Aspect ratio: Go to --> ..\steamapps\common\\insanely twisted shadow planet\fcengine.exe
Go to Offset 225ED0 look for 00 00 10 41 and change it to 00 00 D6 40 (21:9)

Same Solution as in Ultra Widescreen - but the HUD is still stretched.
Hex edit Aspect ratio: Go to --> ..\steamapps\common\\insanely twisted shadow planet\fcengine.exe
Go to Offset 225ED0 look for 00 00 10 41 and change it to 00 00 40 40 (3x16:9)
