Hamilton's Great Adventure is a top-down tile-based puzzle adventure. You play as Hamilton with his trusty bird offsider. You must guide them through the various levels to collect as many coins as possible. The game has a cool coop mode where one player controls Hamilton while the other controls the bird, working together to beat the game.

The 2D elements are stretched. This is a particular issue in the Journal and the in-game menus. Once you select an Eyefinity or Surround resolution, you are prevented from changing it back to single screen as you can't access the "accept" changes option. You can get back to single screen by changing your desktop res to single screen and then reloading the game. The gameplay looks great in Eyefinity/Surround, and it's a shame the menus and journal are messed up.
