You need to Hex & INI edit to break the 30 FPS limit.
Go to --> ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Disney Epic Mickey 2\DEM2.exe
Look for F0 C1 00 00 F0 41 00 00 B4 (float of 30) and change it to F0 C1 00 00 70 42 00 00 B4 (float of 60).
Now go to ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Disney Epic Mickey 2\ConfigFiles.ini
Look for LockedFrameRate and LockedFrameRatePAL, change both to 60
Pre-made 60 FPS fix is also available from the PC Gaming Wiki Community Files.
