Widescreen Solution & Issues:

You must wait until you're in control of your character before you can access all options. So once the mission has started, press Esc and select your mode under Options, Video, Resolutions.

Eyefinity / Surround Specific Solution & Issues:

Flawless Widescreen

- Fix available for Dark Void in Flawless Widescreen, addresses issues with FOV, aspect ratio and improves the HUD where possible.

UE3 engine, there's a bunch of .ini files in My Documents\My Games\Airtight\Dark Void\SkyGame\Config

Surround:
16:9 pillarboxed gameplay...
Some cinematics are broken in all Surround ARs...
Menus are zoomed out...
