Stretched

Stretch refers to a type of screen change where the 4:3 image is stretched across the widescreen display. In these games, the image is stretched (and distorted), even though a widescreen resolution is in use. This is due to a fixed FOV being forced. This causes images to stretch and objects to appear "fat." This is the poorest type of widescreen implementation.

F-16 Multirole Fighter

F-16 MRF is a Novalogic combat flight simulator. It sports easy to use controls and very smooth gameplay on modern hardware. If any of you enjoyed the information on Rogue Squadron 3D. You will see my affinity for retro games and higher resolutions now availible.. This game shows off a lot more detail in high res mode than I had once remembered. The version in this report is from the 2001 CD-ROM release of the game that has the Felta FOrce 2 demo on it, and it is patched from Novalogic's website to the latest version.
