In The Hell in Vietnam the player takes the role of a US-soldier during the Vietnamese war. In eight unrelated missions he solves varied goals like destroying a radio or mining a road. The player mostly works alone but sometimes he has three AI colleagues to help him out. The game utilizes the typical shooter controls and the classic "health bar" system.
