Night Watch

Players take control of a party of supernatural Others. The Others are split into the two factions of Light and Dark. These two factions battle each other in a secret war admist the humans of the world. The game plays out with a top-down perspective allowing players to make tactical decisions during combat. Combat is turn-based with action points determining what each character can accomplish during a combat turn. With enough practice you will be able to jump into the Gloom and sneak by the kiosk vendors at your local mall.

Warhammer: Mark of Chaos

Developed by Black Hole Entertainment, Warhammer: Mark of Chaos is an RTS set in the "Old World" of the Warhammer universe.The focus is on the battles with minimal resource management. The battles are large with multiple units comprised of up to sixty characters that have many tactical formations. As units battle they will gain experience and grow more deadly.

Shogun: Total War

Set in Japan during the Sengoku jidai—the "Warring States" period from the mid-15th century to the beginning of the 17th century—the game has players adopt the role of a contemporary Japanese clan, attempt to conquer the nation and claim the position of shogun. The turn-based aspect of the game focuses on a map of Japan where military force, religion, diplomacy, espionage and economics all influence the player's actions, whilst battles are fought in a real-time mode. Sun Tzu's The Art of War is central to the game; its precepts are quoted often and its strategies recommended.

Rush for Berlin

Rush for Berlin is a real-time tactics game set in World War II. In the contest for the German capital Berlin, the player must fight with the American, British, French, and Soviet armies. As the players approach Berlin, they must face more and more challenges, as German defense becomes more focused and stubborn. The German campaign must be unlocked by beating either the Soviet campaign or the Anglo-American Alliance (USA and UK) campaign.
