Platformer (Action)

A type of game popularized by "Super Mario Brothers" in which the character traverses obstacles in a physical world. The genre names comes from the act of jumping from one platform to another, to cross pits or chasms. This is often done while avoiding and/or attacking other obstacles or enemies.

Deadlight: Director's Cut

The "Director's Cut" version of the 2012 game Deadlight is a graphically enhanced remastered version, which maintains the complete story/background content of the original game. New features include: enhanced controls and improved animations, the new difficulty mode "Nightmare" and the introduction of the "Survival Arena". In this latter game mode, the player must take it up against hordes of undead in a test of endurance.

Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones

Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones follows the second ending of Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, in which the Prince kills the Dahaka, essentially saving Kaileena. The game opens with the Prince and Kaileena about to sail into Babylon's port. Kaileena offers narration of the events passed and the story following, similar to the Prince's role as both protagonist and narrator in The Sands of Time.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time takes place within an exotic, mysterious world representing Persian architecture, animals and attire. After his father invades the palace of the Maharajah, the Prince, tricked by a treacherous vizier, uses a magic dagger to release the dangerous Sands of Time from an ornate hourglass. With the aid of a beautiful, mysterious, and potentially untrustworthy ally, players embody the Prince to recapture the Sands of Time and restore peace to the land.

FEIST

Feist is an atmospheric action-platformer about a small creature trapped in a mysterious and hostile world. Follow strange beasts through lonely forests, hazardous mountains, dark caves, and glowing swamps. Watch out for dangerous creatures that react to your movements and decisions with dynamic AI, and cleverly concealed traps that will test your ability to survive.

Jazz JackRabbit 2

Jazz Jackrabbit 2 is a platform game produced by Epic MegaGames, now known as Epic Games. It was accidentally confirmed by Arjan Brussee in 1994 [2] and released in 1998 for PCs running Windows, and later for Macintosh computers. Like the prequel, Jazz Jackrabbit, Jazz Jackrabbit 2 is a side-scrolling platform game but features additionally multiplayer options, including the ability to play over a LAN or the Internet.

Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K.2

Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K.² is a third-person shooter video game made by Ritual Entertainment in 2000. A sequel to the Heavy Metal 2000 animated movie, the game stars Julie in her quest to save her home planet of Eden from GITH, an ancient entity seeking to conquer the universe. Using a variety of weapons, Julie must now fight off GITH's forces while at the same time uncovering a secret hidden deep within the planet.

STRIDER™ / ストライダー飛竜®

Strider is a platform-adventure hack and slash video game developed by Double Helix Games and Capcom's Osaka studio. It was released in February 2014 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. It is a reboot of the 1989 video game Strider.
