The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe is an action game based off of the Disney movie of the same name (which itself is based on the book of the same name)
This is an adventure game in the spirt of the venerable Thief series without all the moral complications. Players combine stealth with exploration to maneuver their character into optimal assassinating position. Timing is the key to successful combat and survival. Cut-scenes have occasional "glitches" that open up special views and keep the player interacting with the game. The PC version has additional missions unseen in the console original.
This adventure game is based on the arcade classic Dragon's Lair. The animation and art style is designed to mimic the look of the original game. Don Bluth created two new animation sequences for the introduction and ending of this game. Brave the castle and find your squeaky-voiced squeeze.
Players control one of two characters, Samanosuke Akechi and Jacques Blanc. These characters are the likenesses of real-world actors Takeshi Kaneshiro and Jean Reno. This game takes place in modern-day France and sixteenth-century Japan. Time travel, demons, swords, guns, you get the drill.
Players can skirmish against the AI or fellow players using the starships of different factions. These factions include the Federation, the Klingons, the Romulans, and the Borg. Players can also play through a singleplayer campaign. This campaign has the player controlling the Federation through various Star Trek eras from Star Trek: Enterprise to a post Star Trek Nemesis/Star Trek: Voyager time period. The starship Enterprise captain's voices are provided by the television series characters of Jonathan Archer (Scott Bakula), James T.
Players control D-Tritus as he makes his way around the robot city of Chimera. The two main game modes are on foot and ship. D-Tritus gains the ability to "overwrite" other characters in the game and take their place. This allows D-Tritus to masquerade as other characters and use their unique abilities. These abilities include flight, weaponry, theft, and burping. Players can customize their ships with bigger engines or more firepower depending on their playing styles.
Created with an advanced version of the engine used for Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend, the gameplay mechanics, artificial intelligence and level puzzles of Tomb Raider: Anniversary are now more refined, in-depth and complex. Now fans can explore the original adventure on a much grander scale, while enjoying the elements which made the original such a success.
Overlord is an action adventure game that lets the player control Minions and order them as the player sees fit. In the story, the Minions find the main character in the rubble of the old Overlord's tower, and thus believe him to be a reincarnation of the old Overlord that was killed by the Seven, now corrupted Heroes. These minions, therefore, aid and serve the player loyally as their master. The game will be released in June 26, 2007 on both the PC and Xbox 360.
