Sequel to BloodRayne, BloodRayne 2 follows Rayne into the modern day. No longer killing Nazis, she teams up again with the Brimstone Society to take out her Vampire Father and her various siblings. Rayne's new powers and abilities include rail sliding (among other acrobatics), blood guns, stop time, and tons of gruesome fatalities to dispatch her foes with.

The game follows the player's character as a new recruit in the Ghostbusters, a team of parapsychologists who pursue and capture ghosts. The game features elements of typical third-person shooters, but instead of using a traditional gun, players are equipped with a "Proton Pack", a laser beam-like weapon, and a ghost trap to fight and capture ghosts.

You play as a secret agent vampire named Bloodrayne, and must shoot, slash, impale, and occasionally suck the blood out of Nazis. Aiding you are several supernatural abilities such as superhuman strength and agility, enhanced vision, heat vision, and bullet time.
