Catalyst 8.10 gives fan control within the overdrive panel in CCC. Beta is available for download:

The Full download is now available. Check: http://game.amd.com
Be carefull if you have installed Rivatuner. I had it installed, and i just downloaded and installed the 8.10 version of CCC. Reboot my system and my card was going crazy... all my screen was wierd :S So... first de-install rivatuner and then install CCC v8.10.
