Before, your display would stretch it and it would look like this:

With the "hack" it will looks like this:
(Shows 16:9 HUD on 16:10, but models look fine)

As you can see the HUD is missing the icons for your lives for example,
because the original resolution was higher.
Either way, you can chose other resolutions as well. (They are near the addresses as provided in the UniPatcher instructions).
