Is there a way to fix the fisheye affect for tf2? Perhaps set a custom fov? I already centered my hud.

I use eyefinity. I've seen fixes for modern warfare 2 and bioshock, but none for team fortress 2. Things look ridiculous in the side panels.

So there's no fix for tf2 for the fisheye? Also, for the previous poster, I'll spell it out for you. No offense or anything. Just so you understand. There is a curve for surround gaming, around the outside of the monitors that I would like to eliminate. Right or wrong, correct or incorrect, that is what I would like to do. Use fov_desired in the console.
It will reduce the fisheye and stretch the image more thus negating any point in running tri screen, but there is your answer.
Mach1.9Pants linked you to a resource that explains why this happens, please respect that.

Your attitude is not OK. He posted the answer. Did you read the thread he linked?
You will see the effect amplified in games that use a higher number for their baseline FOV.

But if you want an absolute definitive answer: NO. You can't fix it.

Well that's not all that true. There is a way through post processing that would "bend" and distort the edges like a lens, but this would also mess with your hud and things like that. It's far from ideal. The only other way would be to have a camera for every degree and mesh the images together. But in general no. Also I agree with eZ', a sense of chill is the normal atmosphere here.
