Sorry guys, no joy.
Using 5760x1200. Nothing seems to work.
Tried the interface.ba2 file / crashes, little 2 line ini edit, the bigger one on the main page, it even mentions 16:10 in it.
Is there another fix somewhere?
A link to that maybe, pls.
(I suspect I won't get it in time for my "moving ...

Re: 7970 tearing HaaAaalp please!
I have posted my final notes else where and should have been here too.
From AMD's message base where I had post this problem as well.
Somebody posted a link to one of AMD's "KB" notes..
The final upshot? DVI and DP don't sync. Period.
So, reasonable setup; DVI center and default, and DVI right ...

Re: Preffered Monitor VS. Tearing Comparison
I just came from the AMD msg bases where I've had a long running post about the tearing..
And this KB shows up..

The DVI and DP can not be sync'd PERIOD. "Game Over Man!"
..so why the snot do we not have 3 DVI ports????
We should have them for easy Eyefinity tripple setups at least until DP ...

Tearing currently;
Nuked, obliterated and disabled all HDMI audio.Updated to ccc13.4. Tearing confined to DP on desktop, everywhere in games.
Noise , mostly due to miss-adjusted volumes. Amp up, computer down = noise loud. Reversed is better but is still present. The noise goes up/down in fequncy ...

Re: Quake II (KMQuake2 engine)
Last time I checked KM didn't work..
I have recompiled Quake 2 and is "vanila" except added lots of 3 screen modes. Landscape and Portrait
Did it, tested it and forgot about it. oops.
Like 1280 3, 1366, 1920 2.
So what do I do with Quake2eye.exe ?

Thanx guys..
After reading replies on AMD forums and here I tried some things.
Best suggestion was HDMI audio redirection and with 3 screens we got a butt load. Dissabled them ALL.

Elemental - Fallen Enchantress -new-
Just a quick note for someone to pick up on..
Stardock's Elemental - Fallen Enchantress a Turn-Based Strategy, 4X and RPG type.
..has been released recently, current version 1.12.
Works great in Eyefinity/Surround, the HUD is a wee odd as nothing is "central" (pop up things are) for the most part ...

Re: Eyefinity plus extended.
In quite a few cases..
Extra monitors need the ACTIVE Adapter.
In the case above, flex with all on mDP works for 3, but one of the DP is usurping something, a time signal perhaps, from the DVI port.
So, you will need an ACTIVE adapter for one of the DP ports, dunno which one tho. Then yer DVI ...

Hold the Press buba!!
The custom setup does work ..you need to add one.
Once you have a Group there is another panel "Customize Eye'.."
Not sure how well it works with 2 screens though.
Are you using just the projectors? or is there a 3rd for the computer directly?
I added an "inbetween" rez ...
