It crashes (the fix) for me on windows 10
any advice ?

Do you have a fix for 1680x1050
the 1080 fix runs at 640x480 on my pc

yes it will work but use 3 identical monitors (not strictly true but will make life eaiser for you)

Display port adapters need to be active
the dvi ports on the 6870, one is dvi-i one is dvi-d you must use the dvi-i port with a vga monitor
all monitors must connect to a single card

Clutch your a strange guy. You have 3 monitors all displaying the same image, whats the point of that ?
you have a 60" 1080p display a 27" 1080p display and you think no these are no good for gaming what I really need is a 12" display that runs at 1280x800 :D

why cant you show us the 1280x720 screenshot without stretching it in paint

what your saying is screenshot = fine --- ingame = stretched
your screenshot comes from the framebuffer on the gfx card, your monitor is then stretching it to fill the ...

How did you get Hot pursuit to run at nv surround resolution
its a 14 year old game and I cant get it to run at more than 1024x768

I do have eyefinity 3x1680x1050
I have 2 problems
cannot switch between 4:3 and wide (stuck on 4:3)
I only have a choice of 3 resolutions 640x480 800x600 1024x768

After switching to single monitor I was able to select wide, but still only have a choice of 3 resolutions
1280x720 ...

but in one group I can't run applications maximized on one screen, right?

No wrong you can, hydravision (part of the amd drivers will do this for you)
