How do I connect 3 Samsung 2693HM monitors to an HD6990 ?

I just picked up 3 Samsung 2693HM monitors, and I would like to know how to connect a 3x1 eyefinity setup on my MSI HD6990.
The monitors have HDMI and DVI, but no displayport.
The MSI HD6990 has 4x mini displayport and and 1x DVI
What adapters will I need to create a 3x1 single large surface?

I currently am using a Samsung 245BW, and if possible can I add this to the eyefinity setup as an extended monitor?
This would be a 3x1 + 1 extended

I play BF3 and MW3 and would really like to try it in eyefinity 3x1 with 1 extended for browsing and game chat, Vent/Teamspeak/Skype.
Please tell me how to set this up, hopefully without spending a lot of $ on adapters. I am familiar with Monoprice.com if anyone can link the correct adapters to buy for my setup.
