I have the 5870 Eyefitiy 6 card. What exactly do I need to make this work in 5x1 portrait?

It's sad I've had this setup for this long and their is no current support for 5x1!!!!!

Below are the list of reasons why I beleive CCC drivers are not uninstalling correctly.

Screens go black and don't come back on during uninstall.
After reinstalling drivers CCC remembers my screen layout and configuration.

My bad, I just hit the power button the front of the monitor, They light would turn yellow--wait 5 seconds-- hit the power button-- light turns blue (on).

I hear ya, I couldn't play any games for the last few weeks because of it. Everytime I would try to go into a game in eyefinity mode only two of the three would be working then I would have to power cycle it, then the game would go into window mode, and so on. I was hoping that the official 10.4's would have the 5x1 portrait but no luck. However it did fix the problem with my monitors going into Power save mode so thats a big plus!

I keep having issues with my screens going into power save mode, when I turn on my computer, when I go into apps, Can't play any games because it completely goes crazy,
