Hey guys :)

I've been checking out pretty much every LCD display for the last week and i'd like to get opinions from owners (or people who have seen this display):

27" is rather large for 1920x1080 and i'm ...

I'm playing 3840x1024 - Dialog options are "chopped" since they start on the left monitor - anyone has a solution ?

:D already awesome that the game does work in triple - would nothing short of stellar if that could be fixed as well!

hmm weird, the demo (char creation) stretches pretty much everything. I had to switch to single display to actually use it.

Hiya -

Been a while that i stopped playing Fallout and i want to give it another go.

What are all the settings that should be changed in order to play @3840x1024 and have everything working correctly (zoom, pip, hacking..)

I've browsed the forums and the last post on this game dated a bit - i thoguht I'd ask again :)

Any method to play this game @ 3840x1024 ? Right now, everything is SNAFU - can't even START the game, menus are all not even visible.

Firmware update!

As soon as Matrox sent me the link, I just applied it and "voila!" - a fresh new and very useful "swap display" functionality :)

:( lol great now i have a genuine problem instead of a stupid mishap on my behalf -

yup - everything is connected using DVI

was there a firmware update along the lines i should do ?

- I seem to be updated to the latest GXM
- Seem to use the proper .ini for monitor

.. and i seem to be missing something lol . as usual, it's probably something easy - but i don't seem to be able to put my finger on it.

first off -thx for those who posted to help out.

..and i just realize why i'm not able to do it - i don't have any SWAP options in my GXM...even the help file mentions a "swap menu" - but it seems i dont have this option. am i missing an update of some sorts ?

there has to be something i'm missing then -

- I just installed the new Dec 19th GXM (thanks for pointing this out!)
- I figured the "swap" active window

BUT

Didnt solved my issue - when using the wizard to setup in "single monitor" it automatically selects the "left ...

I'm using Matrox TH2G - not SoftTH

Most of my gaming is done @ 3840x1024 - that's pretty much why i check out this forum :)

BUT..(there's always a but)

some of my favourite game (Company of Heroes to name just one) just can't run on 3 displays because of

a) looks like hell on 3 ...

I'm getting some UI rescale. I've checked mod and tested it like crazy and it's seems that stretching the display to 3840x1024 has an impact on those:

- XP awards (look on the pic) too big



- Player Arrow in minimap too small
- Chat bubbles too big
- "High Threat" / "Attacking you ...

I'd be curious to see if we can just put a font file (.fnt) in the same folder the huge texture file is and see if it overrides it.

in any case, i have to agree that's kind of a deal breaker, not being able to read on a computer screen without bleeding the eyes.. :(

Any of you guys found a fix for the "popup-window-that's-stuck-on-the-far-right-cand-cant-be-moved ?"

Thet popup im talking about is the one triggered when you:

- Recall after a quest (the popup asks confirmation)
- Retrain enhancements (confirmation)
- Pickup quest item (ask for ...

Hopefully others have bought this fine game :)

1. Anyone knows how to get the UI to display in the center monitor only (like rFactor) instead of stretching on all three.

2. Field of view seems distorted on the side monitors (left mirro looks super huge!), what am i doing wrong ?
