They have the same annoying Anamorphic crap that plagued the Witcher 2. I know a working hack was made for AC1, but I haven't found any fixes to the other two titles.

Just updated. Better support for Widescreen monitors, and a config file that can be edited for wider FOV and for reducing or disabling Motion blur. :)

Good news! On the official Witcher 2 site, a CDPR techie just confirmed that the next patch (1.3) will have support for 16:10 resolutions and not just 4:3 :)

It's the camera stuff thats caused the problem - I am going to have to remove it for now, basically on the first load everything is fine, on the second load it's writing to a place it shouldnt! Alright I can reproduce it - is it just the Steam version or the GOG/Retail ... or both? I reproduced it on Steam. I only have the GOG & Retail, and the same crash happens with both versions. Ps. Retail v1.1 works fine here now. Though, I still kept playing on one monitor... Performance hit in dialogue scenes is massive. In Flotsam, I get about 30-40fps (Maxed everything, Uber-Sampling deactivated) which is fine and well playable. However, dialogue scenes drop down to 13fps. Any suggestions...

It appears replacing the steam base files with the GOG/Retail EXE/paul/launcher no longer generates the same result, something is now different between the steam base files and the retail/gog base files post update. Dreading having taken this on now TBH... check back later, I'll need to acquire the...

Just got hold of the 1.1 GOG files, and strangely enough, they are identical to my Western European 1.1 retail disk version patch.
