HL1.
Source?
You will need to install a copy of HL1 to play it. The upgraded version of the source engine from HL2 won't work.
Is that what you were asking?

It's not actually that bad when you are playing. That screen shot looks like it was taken with low to medium video settings. The higher settings look better, but at a cost; the game does not cater to low end machines. My computer is a bit above the recommended system specs, but frame rates tank when ...

Yes, if the nvidia control panel can set it to 57hz and that is what the monitor is reporting, you can us it with the th2go. You would get either an "out of range" or "no signal" message if it didn't work.

I wouldn't suggest a plasma - heavy, not the brightest option, uses a lot of power and outputs a lot of heat. Also susceptible to screen burn if it the menu stays static too long.
I'd get large HD LCDs ... but you can get low end ones. Just make sure the viewing FOV is good.

I'll get a twinge of it in some games. In WoW, for instance, I can feel it a little bit when I fly out over the Twisting Nether in Outland.

I hope all monitors will look like that in the near future, but seriously - 2880x900 pixels for twelve times (?) the cost of my current 5040x1050 TripleHead setup... :| Gotta hate bezels.
Yeah, and you can STILL see lines where the individual lcd panels are adjacent to one another.

The reset stats button only resets the stats. You do not lose achievements or items, but it WILL reset any progress you have made toward unearned achievements. I used it as soon as the update was finished, so this is reliable first hand knowledge.

Regardless of what you call it, I disagree that this a problem There is no change in the vertical aspects of the image that result in less viewable area, image loss or a smaller image in relation to the current resolution or aspect ratio. There is no flaw here.

Well, the forums are back up, and I don't see any message about the site going down anymore. In fact, they've updated the forum software and their image server software, so it looks like it's not going anywhere.

No, you cannot horizontally span your desktop in Vista. The new way Vista handles driver access to the os will not allow it. At least, that's MS's story and they are sticking to it.
You have 2 options:
1. Revert to XP.
2. Use SoftTH to force it. There are people who have been able to get ...
